Starting with the most important aspect, the protective effect: the Unleazhed M02 mountain bike fender has an ellipsoidal shape and thus optimally follows the radius of the mountain bike tire.
This leads to the fact that with a mudguard size different wheel sizes can be covered and thereby always a perfect protection against mud, water and other dirt can be guaranteed.
In addition, this design in conjunction with the rest of the design of the fender ensures that in any case there is always enough space between mudguard and tire, which also allows the installation of the mountain bike fender for tire widths up to a maximum of 3.0 without limitations.
Of course, this is also a very big plus for the environment, because we can do without different mudguard sizes for different bike and wheel sizes, we will go into more detail on this aspect later.

Accordingly, we have made during the development some thoughts around the aspect of material savings and have our MTB Mudguard built according to a layer principle, in which the core of the fender is foamed.
This allows for maximum raw material savings.
The whole thing is accompanied by the fact that we produce on state-of-the-art machines due to the manufacturing process.
This results in a CO2 saving of 1.871 kg per mudguard for a production quantity of 25,000 mudguards compared to conventional production methods.

Another effect is the weight of the mountain bike mudguard, this is about 94 grams, making the M02 one of the lightest mudguards ever in relation to the size of the fender.
