Which custom MTB parts can we design?
Design custom frame protection for MTB, e-bikes and gravel bikes, the M01, M01 Bolt On, MG01 and MR01 mudguards, or an AL01 aluminium top cap. Choose your part and the appropriate version on its product page.
How do I start the configurator?
Choose your custom product here. On its product page, select the appropriate version and open the design configurator. Then build your own design.
Can I use my own images and text?
Yes. Upload your own images and add text or the available design elements in the configurator. Use sharp source images and check positions, orientation and details in the preview.
Can I use my design on several parts?
Yes. You can load a previously created design when starting a configuration. Check its placement on each part, as shapes and surfaces differ. That way, we create a consistent bike setup.
Is there a minimum quantity?
We produce custom products from one piece. Create a one-off part for your bike or matching parts for your crew.
Where are our custom products made?
We make our custom mudguards, top caps and frame protection films directly at our headquarters. Find the current lead time on your chosen product.

Our custom frame protection films come in matte and gloss. We recommend gloss film for glossy frames and matte film for matte frames. Choose the finish on the product page.
What should I check for fit?
Compare the film shapes with suitable surfaces on your bike. For M01 Bolt On, check fork compatibility including the model year. MR01 does not fit SQlab saddles.
Can I design on my phone?
You can use the configurator on a smartphone or computer. For detailed designs, we recommend the larger screen of a computer. Check your finished design in the preview before ordering.
